In addition to his competency he is a very kind person Accommodating my request to modify his installation plan so I could have access to put an Ill cat in a bedroom. Alex accomplished more by himself in one day than a crew of six men could have.

A while back we asked Woody to provide a flooring estimate for our Scripps Ranch home.  He came out, listened to us, provided feedback and multiple estimates based various options.  There was no pressure, just friendly information.  Many months later I called Woody and said let's go!  We visited the showroom and selected and LVP style and two weeks later David showed up and began the process.   I walked through the job daily with David and he patiently explained all processes.  Super good guy.  Woody said it would take two weeks and the job took two weeks. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  I was in a special situation with my life status changing and reached out to Ryan the owner of the company, he came to the home where we needed flooring put in and gave me an estimate.  I explained my timeline for when I would be able to have access to the home so that we could get on the calendar.  He accommodated all the needs.  There was an issue with the flooring that we had picked out, not the fault of West Coast Flooring, Ryan and his wife helped me pick out something and called the company directly to make sure that it was in deed in stock before I left the store that day.  My timeline on when work could begin changed and WCF was able to accommodate and start earlier than expected (which helped with my timeline of wanting to move into the new home with new flooring ASAP). They rescheduled us and were able to start the demo process early! Yahoo!! The contractors dealt so kindly with my son who has special needs telling them to get back to work and to put things in certain places, their hearts were definitely in it.  I always made sure to have water and Gatorade for the guys as I felt it was the least I could do for them creating a new space for myself and my kids.  When the work was completed they went over the things with me and I was so happy.  Had a small issue which WCF took care of within days.  As with any project there were unexpected things that came up and WCF dealt with them like champs and explained it to me in a way i could understand since I do not know about flooring.  I cannot say enough kind words about the owners and their guys.  I was very happy to be able to work with them all.  I'm sure I was a little more hands on than typical people but I wanted them to know how much it all meant to me.  Flooring projects are not cheap or fast, if that is what you are looking for you should leave your floors how they are, if you are looking for a company that is knowledgeable, kind and knows the business West Coast Flooring is who I would suggest.

Jim Burks really helped with the closing on our house by coordinating with two realtors, the lender and escrow to rapidly install the new flooring which looks great! We had an amazing experience with West Coast Flooring! We purchased beautiful laminate flooring from them and also had their team handle the installation. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We worked mostly with Woody, who is extremely knowledgeable—he definitely knows his stuff! He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also worked with Jaylynn, who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The entire team was fantastic. Brian helped coordinate the installation and was extremely kind, organized, and easy to work with. Jesus did the installation and did a fantastic job. He was detail-oriented, professional, and kind, and the finished flooring looks amazing!

Another thing we really appreciated was that the pricing was very affordable and competitive without compromising the quality of the flooring or the installation.

I could go on and on about West Coast Flooring and how smooth and enjoyable our experience was. It’s not often you come across a team that is this knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and genuinely great to work with.

Kelley, owner visited our house and quoted the project, cost was right in the ballpark for my estimates. Juan and his assistant worked about efficiently and were careful moving both a piano and 70 inch TV. The house looks great with the new carpet. Moving furniture back in Juan was careful to consult on exact placement of each item. Carpet was very thick and the old nose on the front of stairs was too small, Juan pointed this out and recommended a carpenter to replace, his recommendation worked out perfectly and the job is awesome. Kelley came by the house and kept in contact during the entire installation. What tells you a lot about the company is that Juan has been with them 16 years, knows installs, and it is like a ballet to watch the two of them work together!
